What’s included with your price?
Your base pool range includes the pool, standard installation work, a 3-foot-wide uncolored broom-finish concrete deck around the pool, RGB LED lighting, and the equipment package with a heater. Selected upgrades are added separately. Site access is reviewed with your personalized quote.
Fiberglass pool & installation
- The fiberglass pool shell in your selected size category. Exact dimensions, depth, steps, and seating depend on the model you choose.
- Pool layout, placement planning, and elevation setup for the installation.
- Standard excavation of the pool area and preparation of the excavation for the shell.
- Preparation of the pool base, setting the shell, checking its position and level, and backfilling around the pool.
- The installation labor for the standard pool scope, including excavation, pool setting, backfill, and plumbing.
- Rough grading of the disturbed installation area. Finished landscaping is separate.
3 feet of concrete decking
- A 3-foot-wide band of uncolored, broom-finish concrete decking around the pool perimeter is included in the base price.
- Preparation of the included deck area, concrete forming, placement, and finishing.
- Colored concrete adds $200 and custom stamping adds $3,500 for the included deck area. Choosing both adds $3,700. Your selected upgrades are shown in the estimate breakdown.
- Additional deck width, larger patios, and concrete work beyond the included area require a separate quote. The final color and stamp pattern are confirmed with your project.
All standard pool equipment, including a heater
- The pool pump and filter needed for circulation and filtration.
- A pool heater as part of the standard equipment package. The specific heater type and capacity are confirmed in your personalized quote.
- The standard equipment-pad setup, pool-side pipe connections, valves, and fittings required for the quoted system.
- Standard pool sanitation equipment. A salt system is an optional $2,800 upgrade.
- Equipment selection is matched to the final pool model and installation plan; specific makes and models are listed in your quote.
Plumbing & equipment installation
- Installation of the pool circulation plumbing between the pool and the equipment pad.
- Plumbing connections for the pool’s standard skimmer and return system, as applicable to the selected model.
- Installation and plumbing of the pump, filter, and heater as part of the standard equipment setup.
- Pool-side connections for the optional features included in your final quote.
- Electrical supply to the equipment pad and any required gas supply line remain the homeowner’s responsibility.
Remote-control RGB LED lighting
- RGB LED pool lights with remote control, included in the base price.
- Color-changing lighting for the pool, with the required lighting components and pool-side installation.
- The light quantity and placement are confirmed for your selected pool model. No extra lighting charge is added by this calculator.
Optional upgrades & site access
- Deck jets: $600 each.
- Mesh winter cover: $3,000.
- Automatic pool cover: $17,000.
- Separate tanning ledge: $15,000.
- Spa: $20,000.
- Salt system: $2,800.
- Colored concrete: $200. Custom stamping: $3,500. Both concrete upgrades together: $3,700.
- Site access: Easy, Moderate, or Difficult. No site-access surcharge is added by this calculator.
- Feature compatibility and the actual access requirements are reviewed for your project.

- A gas supply line if required for your selected heater.
- Water delivery and pool chemicals.
- Fencing, landscaping, finished lawn restoration, and retaining walls.
- Extra concrete beyond the included 3-foot-wide deck and custom finishes beyond the options selected in this calculator.
- Unusual site work, such as rock removal, unsuitable soil, groundwater issues, or other conditions outside the standard installation scope, may affect the final quote.
